Microtap Supercut PRO is metal cutting lubricant designed to be applied directly to the cutting zone. Ideal for tough materials, Microtap Supercut PRO is designed to improve surface finish and maximise tool life.

Microtap Supercut PRO contains a blend of unique natural esters and lubricity improvers and is free from mineral oil, chlorinated paraffin, added sulphur and animal derived additives making it the ideal choice for applications where such additives may be unacceptable including manufacturing of aerospace and medical components.

Microtap Supercut PRO is typically used for applications including; tapping, drilling and reaming of both ferrous and non ferrous metals. The product is designed to be non staining on most types of aluminium and copper alloys and may also be used on arduous materials including titanium, nimonics, stainless steels and other hardened steels.
